Job Description:

 Evodigital Technologies is looking for a Junior AI Research Engineer - Freshers to join our dynamic AI research team. We seek passionate and talented freshers who have a strong foundation in Python and a passion for AI research. In this position, you will work on developing innovative AI solutions, contribute to research projects, and write clean, efficient Python code to solve real-world problems. You will work with open-source models like DeepSeek R1 and Ollama to train, fine-tune, and explore their potential, enabling you to drive our research forward and contribute to groundbreaking AI projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Python-based algorithms for data processing and machine learning applications.
2. Collaborate with senior researchers to design, prototype, and test new AI models and methodologies.
3. Work with open-source models like DeepSeek R1 and Ollama to train, fine-tune, and explore their potential.
4. Analyze large datasets using Python libraries such as NumPy and pandas to extract insights and support model development.
5. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices; participate in code reviews and debugging sessions.
6. Conduct experiments to test hypotheses, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions quickly.
7. Gain hands-on experience by working directly on advanced hardware and server systems like H200, RTX6000 Ada etc.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements: 

✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Mathematics & Data Science

✅ Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming

✅ Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn; basic exposure to machine learning concepts is a plus

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
